Kimberly Alana Stewart (born August 21, 1979), is an actress and model and fashion designer. She is the daughter of Rod Stewart and Alana Stewart.
Biography
She is the daughter of rock star Rod Stewart and his first wife Alana Stewart. She has an older half brother Ashley Hamilton from her mother's marriage to George Hamilton and an older half sister, Sarah, born in 1964,1 from her father's relationship with Susannah Boffey.2 She has one full brother, Sean Stewart. She also has four younger half siblings from her father Rod Stewart: Ruby (whose mother is Kelly Emberg); Renee and Liam (whose mother is Rachel Hunter); and Alistair (whose mother is Penny Lancaster).
A daughter of a former model, Stewart always wanted to follow her mother's footsteps. She attended a modeling school before being hired by Tommy Hilfiger Company. Stewart, along with Meagan Maitland and Nicky Hilton, was the face of Australian underwear line, Antz Pantz in 2005-2006. As a part of her duty, she became model for the line's TV commercials and poster advertisements. In 2006 she became the face of Blend jeans. 3 She also has her own clothing range called Pinky Star Fish and has designed shoes independently.
In a poll based on wealth and looks run by Britain's FHM magazine in 2007, 4 Kimberly was voted most eligible bachelorette. 5
In spring 2007, Stewart was seen as the face of two high-profile campaigns; the British Optician chain Specsavers and most notoriously Michelle Mone's Ultimo Lingerie line.
Stewart is currently signed with Storm Model Management in London and Nous Model Management in Los Angeles. 6
Television career
Stewart's acting debut was a guest role on the series Undeclared in 2002. She has also appeared on MTV's Cribs and in many episodes of the reality show The Osbournes, featured heavily in an episode of E! True Hollywood Story with her father. She was a regular on Celebrities Uncensored and has been a co-host on The Insider.
In 2007 she starred in her own reality show, Living with Kimberly Stewart, aired on Living TV in the UK and appeared in Sons Of Hollywood.
On September 9th, the Atlanta based band Elevation released the music video for their single “Razoreyes” starring Stewart, marking a first in her career. 78
Music
Stewart, who plays violin and the piano was approached by a producer in 2005, and after doing some test-runs in a studio, has since begun taking singing lessons. To date nothing has happened with her potential music career. 9
Personal life
Stewart's romantic life has been the subject of many press and television tabloids. Most notably she has a relationship with Cisco Adler. Stewart modified an existing tattoo, "Daddy's Little Girl", to say "Daddy's Little Girl Loves Cisco". When the relationship ended, she had it modified again to say "Daddy's Little Girl Loves Disco".
As well as coming from a rich and well known family, Stewart is popular in US tabloids for her many celebrity-friendships, including Paris and Nicky Hilton, Courtney Love, Nicole Richie, Kelly and Jack Osbourne, Lindsay Lohan, Bijou Phillips, Bai Ling, Kim Kardashian and Caroline D'Amore.
Paris Hilton and Stewart have topped People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) year-end Worst Dressed poll in early 2005. The two were named among the five worst fashion offenders due to their "tacky affinity for fur".
Health
After her modeling school graduation, Stewart got breast implants. She later had them removed, and sent them to Jack Osbourne who hung them on his bathroom wall. 10
In 2006 her father claimed that she had been treated for liver damage due to excess alcohol consumption, and has reluctantly given up smoking and drinking for the past three months. 11
